DeepSeek Harness Live2D Waifu Plugin

Under the “everything is a plugin” philosophy of DeepSeek Harness, the `dsh-live2d` plugin renders a Live2D mascot in the bottom-left corner of the Web interface, intuitively displaying Agent status. Installation requires closing DSH first, executing the `dsh plugin` command, and starting `dsh web`. The mascot supports mouse dragging, scroll-wheel zooming, and canvas adjustment; its gaze follows the mouse, and it automatically switches animations and expressions based on DSH states (such as idle, thinking, working, success/error). Custom animation mappings and expressions are supported, with configuration saved in localStorage or the settings panel. Developers can also modify the source code and run `npm run build` for secondary development.
